At the grassroots level, "Amar Krishok" Partner Farmers (20,000+) form the foundation of the programme, focusing on production, quality, and e-commerce.

Shared Responsibilities
Mobilise and mentor "Amar Krishok" partner farmers
Build and maintain relationships with farmers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
Facilitate subsidies, inputs, cold-storage access & digital sales
Connect farmers with government programmes and ensure they have access to necessary resources.
Ensure data capture via BNKSP Smart Card & Field App
Maintain accurate records and help farmers utilise digital tools effectively.
Promote climate-smart practices and One-Health standards
Educate farmers on sustainable methods that improve yields while protecting the environment.

"Amar Krishok" app syncs with the Smart Card database for instant fertiliser, seed and cash-subsidy validation at the farmgate. It also automates BNKSP's carbon-credit & traceability records.

BNKSP's 534 Smart Cold Storage hubs integrate with the ministry's pilot sites, offering IoT monitoring, pay-per-crate plans & aggregated exports.
